Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks to fill multiple production roles on our Arkansas City, KS site. You will work on the production line assembling manufactured housing, reading blueprints, and using a variety of hand and power tools in a fast-paced team environment.

We value safety, reliability, and strong teamwork. Eligible candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50–100 lbs and following established procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
