Job summary

Goodwill North Central Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Warehouse Backroom Associate to process donated items and prepare merchandise for sale. You will sort, price, ticket, and stage items while using team lifts and power equipment as needed in a fast-paced retail backroom environment.

The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Prior warehouse or retail experience and basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new and donated items to meet production goals and use team lifts as needed.
• Sort and categorize items, identify items to send to e-Commerce per guidelines.
• Determine price points and ticket items for visibility.
• Stage items to keep floor stock fresh for customers.
• Operate power equipment such as stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift.
• Maintain a clean, safe backroom; complete checklists and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to pallet jack and compactor operation (if 18+ and trained).
• Other duties as assigned.
