Goodwill North Central Wisconsin in Green Bay is seeking a Backroom/Warehouse Associate to support store operations and ensure efficient, organized backroom processes.

You will process donated items, set prices, stage items for floor display, and operate power equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, tilt masters, compactors, and forklifts. A reliable, flexible schedule and commitment to safety are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Processes donated items to meet production goals and uses team lifts as needed.
• Sorts and categorizes items; identifies items for e-Commerce per guidelines; safely disposes hazardous items.
• Determines price point and tickets items for visibility.
• Stages items to ensure fresh floor presentation.
• Operates power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift).
• Maintains a clean, safe backroom and completes checklists.
• Adheres to proper operation of pallet jack and compactor (18+ and trained).
• Other duties as assigned.
