Job description

We are seeking a talented Production Associate – Level IV to join our manufacturing team at Cummins Inc. in York, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Ensuring Safety: Proactively stop work and report major injury hazards, comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promoting Health: Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Enhancing Quality: Follow standard work, process documentation, quality procedures, and perform inspections to identify non-conforming material.
• Achieving Production Goals: Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations and production standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work area clean, perform housekeeping, and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Supporting Team Members: Instruct, coach, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Improving Processes: Participate in quality, safety, process, and employee development improvements.
• Minimizing Environmental Impact: Recognize environmental impacts of work and work to minimize negative effects, engaging in HSE training.
