Job Description

We are seeking a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our manufacturing team at the Cummins Inc. facility in Bloomfield, CT. In this role, you will:

• Ensure Safety: Proactively stop work and report major injury hazards, adhering to all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promote Health: Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, hazards, and use appropriate PPE.
• Enhance Quality: Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures; perform inspections to identify non-conforming materials.
• Achieve Production Goals: Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations and production standards.
