We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team at the Cummins Inc. facility in Bloomfield, CT. In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Ensuring Safety: Proactively stopping work and reporting major injury hazards, complying with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Promoting Health: Reporting work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, hazards, and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Enhancing Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, quality procedures, and performing quality inspections to identify non-conforming materials.
  • Achieving Production Goals: Operating equipment independently to meet customer expectations, production goals, and maintain cycle times or standards.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping work areas clean and orderly, performing housekeeping, and supporting equipment maintenance.
  • Supporting Team Members: Instructing and coaching others, acting as an informal resource, and communicating effectively.
