Production Associate Level I - 2nd and 3rd shift
Position Overview
Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train associates who will play an important role in our manufacturing and distribution activities. As a Production Associate, you will learn and grow your skills and capabilities which will set you up for future advancement within the organization. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided for all entry-level roles.

Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively. May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs.
