Honda Development and Manufacturing of America in Russells Point, OH is seeking a Production Associate to join the Transmission Auto Plant team. Starting pay is $26.41–$36.11 per hour with a $1.10 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, productive work environment, assembling units, and following SOPs while focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years.
• Maintain 99% attendance and availability for overtime as needed.
