Job description

Location: Beecher, IL
Position: Production Associate III
Shift: 1st - 6:00 am - 4:30 pm - Monday to Thursday
*Overtime may be required on Fridays.
Pay: $20.44/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report issues with molding machinery, molds, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on molds to ensure quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper adjustment of jigs, fixtures, and molds; report repairs needed.
  • Practice safe operation of all equipment and materials.
  • Work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
