Job summary

Nordson MEDICAL is seeking an entry-level production associate to join a global team focused on interventional and medical device components. You will set up equipment, operate machines, and track production while maintaining strict traceability and quality standards.

You will work with basic measuring tools, read work instructions, and participate in cross-training to cover multiple equipment lines. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• May require 0–1 year of general work experience.
• General knowledge of mechanical functions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up Equipment & Measuring Devices.
• Enter Data in information Systems.
• Load/Unload & Operate Machine.
• Use Tooling for assigned equipment.
• Use appropriate Materials and maintain traceability.
• Basic Troubleshooting.
• Follow specifications and record P&P data.
• Identify non-conforming material.
• Track production through shift (VDM).
• Achieve standards & Doc Issues.
• Cross train on other equipment.
• Maintain a clean working environment and line clearances.
