Job summary

Ruger Firearms is seeking production associates for front line machining and assembly. The role involves operating CNC turning and milling machines and performing related assembly tasks in a high-volume environment.

Flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays is required. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication, and a collaborative attitude to support Ruger’s manufacturing of American-made firearms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screen.
• On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate front line production tasks including CNC turning/milling and assembly as required.
• Be flexible for overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality while following safety and process standards.
