Nordson MEDICAL is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing associate to operate basic equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will follow written procedures, measure components, and document results with precision.

No experience is required; however, applicants should be comfortable with high-precision tasks, fine hand tools, and data entry. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a regulated setting is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to lift 35–50 lbs as needed.
• Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated environments is a plus.

This position may include machine operation, manual production using hand tools, visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging of finished product. This position requires the ability to work with small and delicate components using a high degree of dexterity and accuracy. This position requires direct contact with medical grade components.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be able to work under direct supervision and take work instruction from Supervisor and Leads, work cooperatively and productively within a team environment.Read, Understand and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training has been completed.Work under conditions of a controlled environment and operate within our quality management system.Operate basic balloon machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement tools (ex.
