Job Description

2nd Shift: Mon – Thurs 2:15PM - 12:45AM

What you will do:

As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines.

  1. Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines.
  2. Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks, monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
  3. Follow production build rates and schedules to meet required cycle times.
  4. Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.
  5. Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment according to domestic, international, and/or customer specifications.
  6. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area.
  7. Maintain a commitment to quality by striving for reliability and continuous improvement in our products, and meet all training and documentation criteria.
What you need:

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Manufacturing or Medical Device Experience.
  3. Clean room Experience.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements:
  1. Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. frequently, depending on site and product line; rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.
  2. Prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling as appropriate.
  3. Reaching, pushing, or pulling to accomplish job tasks.
  4. Hand grasp ability required.
