Description

The Production Worker is responsible for assembling and inspecting filters, ensuring smooth manufacturing and packaging processes, and assisting in other production areas as assigned.

This is an entry-level position that may require constant supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Working on a filter assembly line under supervision: assembling, inspecting, and packing filter products while following safety guidelines and standards.
  2. Monitoring equipment to ensure proper assembly of filters and reporting malfunctions to the line lead.
  3. Ensuring the correct raw materials are used for scheduled production.
  4. Inspecting assembled filters to meet quality standards (SOPs).
  5. Packing filters into boxes with appropriate inserts.
  6. Loading boxes onto pallets according to product SOPs.
  7. Achieving daily production goals and meeting deadlines.
  8. Maintaining safety and cleanliness at all times.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing area with concrete floors and assembly lines.
  • Temperature fluctuations, possibly humid in warm weather.
  • Moderate noise levels.
  • Potential allergies to materials or chemicals used, such as machine chemicals, glue, and fiberglass.
Physical Demands:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching overhead, standing, and minimal walking.
  • Repetitive motions involving arms, wrists, and hands.

Salary
