Production Associate I - 1st Shift - $20.50/hr

Join to apply for the Production Associate I - 1st Shift - $20.50/hr role at Stryker.

Schedule: 4:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Overtime as required.

What you will do:
  • Assemble components including sub-assemblies, electrical, and mechanical parts to contribute to product completion.
  • Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines.
  • Follow work instructions and test procedures, monitor and record documentation to ensure quality.
  • Meet production build rates, schedules, and cycle times.
  • Use manufacturing systems via computers or electronic devices.
  • Assemble cartons, prepare products for shipment according to specifications.
  • Handle set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and area.
  • Strive for quality and reliability, seek continuous performance improvements, and meet training/documentation standards.
What you need:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing or Clean Room experience preferred.
