Join Quanex as a Production Associate in Foreston, Minnesota

Quanex is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in Foreston, MN. In this role, you will assemble components, operate machinery, and work with materials such as glue and sanders. The position involves physical activities including balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motions.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
  • Starting wage: $17.00/hour; higher rates possible for experienced candidates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor product quality to ensure standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Follow safety procedures and report potential hazards
  • Observe machinery operation and report malfunctions
  • Assist in other areas as needed
  • Support teamwork and collaboration
  • Complete all required documentation accurately
  • Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards
  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring concentration
  • Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Qualifications:
