Job summary

Custom Wire Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to join our OEM Medical Component Manufacturing team. You will read work orders, run machines, and ensure quality through precise measurements.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. We value detail orientation, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. Shift is 6 am to 2 pm on weekdays; overtime may be required to meet production needs.

What to expect on a typical day?

• Reviewing and understanding work orders, job routing information, and process instructions about each job you are running
• Operate machines to produce medical components, including making necessary minor adjustments
• Inspect products for quality using measurement tools and technology; document data according to work instructions.
• Perform light industrial tasks as needed including assembly, packaging, trimming, cutting, and/or grinding

• Ability to secure knowledge and proper use of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job promptly

Must Be Able To

• Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours and occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
• Strong detail orientation and good eyesight (aided or unaided) to see and work with very small components
• Understanding or ability to quickly learn basic measurements as required for production and quality-related tasks.

Job Hours

1st Shift Full Time: Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2 pm.

Occasional Overtime is required, with commensurate pay. We highly encourage employees to assist as much as they can with these efforts which could include the need to stay late or come in early to meet production needs. At this time, we are not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States.
