Job summary

Munters is hiring a Production Associate in Baton Rouge, LA. You will set up and monitor desiccant production equipment, log product data, and help maintain a clean, efficient work area on a Monday–Friday, 4:00 am to 1:00 pm schedule.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma (vocational or AS degree preferred) and hands-on mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience and MS Office familiarity are pluses for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma preferred; vocational or associate degree adds value.
• Meets manufacturing basics with mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Proactive self-starter with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and monitors production equipment to produce quality desiccant media blocks.
• Follows instructions to maintain a uniform process and logs data into PC for each product.
• cleans workspace and machinery daily and participates in basic repairs as needed.
• Works to support continuous improvement and teamwork on the line.
