Job summary

Engineered Profiles is seeking a Production Associate for our Ironton, Ohio facility. This full-time, manual labor role focuses on supporting extrusion and fabrication operations to produce quality products safely and efficiently.

You will operate equipment after training, pack and label products, verify counts, perform setup and inspections, and work closely with team members to maintain clean, safe work areas and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn and retain information related to products, procedures, quality standards, and equipment setups.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment independently after training.
• Pack extruded products into boxes, crates, or other packaging while maintaining required production pace.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate part counts.
• Perform setup and finishing activities, including preparing packaging materials, labeling products, and disposing of scrap.
• Perform and assist with quality inspections of extruded and fabricated products.
• Identify and communicate product or process concerns.
• Follow established safety procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or potential hazards.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas.
• Complete required production, quality, and safety documentation accurately.
• Work cooperatively with team members, operators, leads, and other departments.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production operations.
