Smurfit Westrock is seeking a dedicated Production Associate in Minneapolis, MN. You will perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, handling corrugated products and conducting quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will train initially on first shift and may rotate to 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed. A strong safety mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work overtime are essential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong safety focus and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of tasks in corrugated manufacturing, including quality checks.
• Set up materials and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Follow GMP-like safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
• Document daily production records and report issues.
• Assist operators and progress to operator role.
