Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Associate or General Labor to assist operators across multiple machine centers. This full-time role fills in as needed when others are absent. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment.
• Complete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork.
• Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
• Provide an active role in housekeeping of the assigned area.
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance, and reporting requirements.
• Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned.
• Assist with double-feed orders.
