Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. They are also expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position offers performance-based incentive pay; meeting or exceeding production standards for hanging garments can lead to additional compensation.

Job Expectations and Eligibility Factors:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Adhere to attendance policies.
• Willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications:

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching.
• May involve pushing carts or bins of linen or bulk products.
