Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment Assembler to support the Rental Division. The Garment Assembler is responsible for applying and removing ID tape/bar codes and/or company or name emblems on garments, for example on uniform shirts and pants, using an industrial heat sealing machine. Garment Assemblers are responsible for placing completed garments in the appropriate location to facilitate organization and delivery to customers. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 - $19.70/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
