Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, headquartered in Vineland, NJ, is hiring a Production Associate to work in one or more manufacturing departments to prepare fresh foods for retail sale. You\'ll perform routine preparation, slicing, dicing, production, assembly line and packing tasks, and help with setup, startup, labeling and shipping prep.

This role requires standing in a chilled environment, adherence to GMPs and safe food practices, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in a chilled food manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a cold environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh foods for retail sale including slicing, dicing, packing and labeling.
• Operate on production lines and assist with setup, startup, and material handling.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas and follow GMPs and safety rules.
• Support inventory and shipping readiness as needed.
