Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate in Livermore, CA to operate, monitor, and set up production and packaging equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with inventory. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Overtime may be required, with schedules Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Resume demonstrating related work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and setup production and packaging equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Set up and inspect equipment, including accessories and components.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Work with Set-Up Supervisor to ensure proper equipment preparation.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
