Position Details

• Pay Rate: Starting at $22.63/hr. plus shift differential ($0.35/hr for 2nd shift) and bonuses.
• Sign-on and Retention Bonuses: $500 after 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years.
• Category/Shift: Hourly, Full-Time, 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), with occasional overtime.
• Location: Fox Valley Container Plant, 2540 Prospect Court, Aurora, IL 60502.

Responsibilities

1. Counting and stacking finished product.
2. Reading factory orders and gauges.
3. Utilizing basic shop math and inspecting products.
4. Completing quality and administrative documents accurately.
5. Performing clean-up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and shredding scrap.
