Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a processing team member who can perform daily duties including accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.

Production goals are set daily and weekly, with a company-wide target of 35 pieces produced per hour; you will work in a fast-paced environment and stand up to 100% of a shift.

Must be 18+, hours are 9am–6pm with some Saturdays; the role offers an employee discount of 25%, performance-based increases, referrals bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
• Must become proficient in production so as to meet established goals.
• Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day. Lift – up to 50 pounds; moderate to heavy physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and presort merchandise.
• Price merchandise for resale.
• Hit daily and weekly production goals (35 pieces per hour).
• Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
