Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN seeks team members to handle donation processing, presorting and pricing merchandise. You will meet daily and weekly production goals and contribute to a fast-paced environment while upholding our mission and core values.

Requirements include legible handwriting, basic computer skills (typing and web browsing), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Some Saturdays may be required; must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
• Computer skills including typing and web browsing.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or oral instructions.
• Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
• Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.
• Lifting and bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity; ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations, presort and price merchandise.
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals as set by the manager.
• Hit the company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour.
• Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team by living out the mission and core values.
