Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a high-performing Production Associate to ensure efficient production operations, resolve issues quickly, and improve processes. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in manufacturing, a High School diploma or GED, and an OSHA PIV license. Great attendance and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; must be able to obtain OSHA PIV license.
• Two years of industrial manufacturing experience is required.
• Must demonstrate reliable attendance and treat attendance as a key qualification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Shift Supervisor about packaging supplies and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and other teams to address equipment issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold all safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, environmental sustainability, and health & safety standards.
• Foster teamwork, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
