Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements.

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a noisy environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wrap, band, stitch, and glue products as required.
• Feed, stack, and assist with machine operations when needed.
• Maintain production flow and support with timely task completion.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
