Job summary

Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This hands-on role involves fabricating, assembling and finishing fiberglass products, using molds, resins and composite materials.

You will operate hand and power tools, inspect products for quality, follow work instructions, move materials around the facility and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Job description

Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This is a hands‑on position working in a production environment where you will help build and finish high‑quality products.

Position:

Production Associate / Fabricator

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Fridays

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass products
• Work with molds, resins, and composite materials
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Requirements:

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
