JOB SUMMARY:

Cassel is seeking a detailed initiator to take on the position of Production Associate at our vehicle graphics company. As a Production Associate at Cassel, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and validation of materials for vehicles, signs, and decals. You will contribute to the overall production process and ensure that all projects meet our quality standards. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop proficiency in lamination, die cutting, vehicle preparation, printer operation as well as prepress setup of files.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare materials for vehicle graphics, signs, and decals, including cutting and trimming vinyl, weeding excess material, and ensuring precise measurements.
  • Construct signage according to design specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the production team to validate materials and ensure they meet quality standards before installation.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of production equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Learn and develop proficiency in lamination techniques to enhance the durability and visual appeal of graphics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to expand skills and knowledge within the field.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to maintain efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in graphics, printing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a production or graphics-related role is a plus.
  • Familiarity in lamination, vinyl cutting, weeding, and application techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret design specifications and follow instructions accurately is a plus.
