Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a diligent team member to work in a retail backroom/warehouse setting in north-central Wisconsin. You will process donated items, assign categories, and price items for the floor and e-commerce.

Training is provided for power equipment and safety protocols. The role requires strong time management, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle a flexible schedule that includes holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items, ensuring accurate categorization and pricing.
• Stage and ticket items for floor display; prepare items for e-commerce as needed.
• Operate power equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) safely after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and assist with general cleaning tasks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
