Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a part-time associate for the Green Bay East Store in Green Bay, WI. The position focuses on processing donated items, staging products for the floor, and safely operating warehouse equipment in a busy backroom environment.

Responsibilities include sorting, pricing, tagging, and assisting with e-Commerce as needed. Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong time management, good communication skills, and the ability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience operating power equipment preferred.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Processes new and donated items to meet production goals and uses team lifts as needed.
• Sorts and categorizes items, identifies items to send to e-Commerce according to guidelines, and safely disposes hazardous items.
• Determines price point and tickets items for visibility.
• Stages items to ensure fresh to the floor products for customers.
• Operates power equipment (stacker, power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift).
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized backroom area; completes checklists and assists with cleaning tasks.
• Adheres to proper operation of pallet jack and compactor (if 18+ and trained).
• Other duties as assigned.
