Employ-Temps is Hiring a Production Associate (Dry Powder) for 2nd shift in Stow, OH. You will operate production machines, packing equipment, and forklifts to move, load, and package powdered pigment chemicals, while documenting production data.

The role requires forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED, with safety PPE and respirator clearance as needed. Lifting up to 55 lbs is required. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Production Associate (Dry Powder) - 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, and forklift experience for a production position in Stow, OH.

In this position, you will operate production machines, packing equipment, and forklifts to move, load, and package powdered pigment chemicals as well as document production data.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay:

• $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blending, pumping, milling, pulverizing and packing equipment including any support equipment
• Perform hand-bagging and packing of dry finished good materials
• Safely operate forklifts for material movement
• Record process conditions, weights, and required data
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Maintain production rates and minimize downtime
• Use required PPE, including respirators when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production experience required
• Forklift operation experience required
• Machine operating experience preferred, batch mixing experience a plus
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to record and document technical data
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manually move product
• Ability to obtain respirator clearance
• Steel toe boots required
