Employnet, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Associates to join the team in Sparks, NV.

You will assist with manufacturing and packaging of food products, while keeping safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at the forefront. Responsibilities include operating production and packaging equipment, measuring ingredients, labeling, inspecting finished goods, handling materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food-processing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Good attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Complete hand counts and verify quantities as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Safely use hand tools, pallet jacks, and other warehouse/production equipment.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
