The position requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred prior manufacturing experience. Excellent English communication and basic math skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken; preferred.
• Ability to perform simple math, counting, and use basic handheld measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for daily directions.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, safety requirements, and procedures.
• Inspect and package parts per specs; record in-process data.
