Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Reno/Stead, NV seeks a Production Associate for the night shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am). You will support manufacturing operations, inspect and package parts, and ensure quality and safety per procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is encouraged.

Attendance and reliability are essential. The role involves physical activity, use of basic measuring tools, and operating pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to perform simple math, count, and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and procedures.
• Inspect and package parts per specification pages and record information on in-process sheets.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, and label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Familiar with safety and Quality System Awareness; undergo training and sign-off within 2 months of hire.

Atlas Molded Productsis seeking a reliableProduction Associate for theReno/Stead, NVfacility to join our team.

The schedule is Monday - Friday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.Occasional overtime may be required.

Production Associate Primary Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record required information on in-process sheets.
• Bundles, wraps, stacks, packs, assemble and/or labels materials per specific production instructions.
• Operates side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Performs any other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Must be trained and familiar with general safety.
• Must be trained and familiar with Quality System Awareness.
• Must be verified by supervisor and be signed off on procedures needed to fulfill job requirements within 2 months of hire.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned

Production Associate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken, preferred.
• Must be able to use simple math, count and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

Production Associate Experience:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred.

Production Associate Education, Licenses & Certifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Production Associate Additional Information:

• Moderate to heavy physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift.
