Job summary

Hospeco Brands Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations. In 90 days you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator to gain a broad understanding of production processes.

Primary duties include packing, processing, and preparing products for distribution while upholding quality and safety standards. The role includes a $250 at 90 days and another $250 at 6 months new-hire bonus, with opportunities for growth in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Record downtime and production figures for the assigned station.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment by communicating well with customers, clients, coworkers and management.
