Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Record downtime and production figures for the assigned station.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment by communicating well with customers, clients, coworkers and management.
