Qualifications

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated steady work history with at least one year in a consistent position.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in general production or general labor environments.
• Ability to monitor machinery for extended periods and identify quality defects.
• Comfort operating production and packaging equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE use.
• Basic hand tools proficiency.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into the production machine using the hopper.
• Monitor the machine as it converts material into sheets and feeds them through to the roller.
• Visually inspect products for defects and irregularities.
• Unload finished rolls and place on pallets.
• Prepare the machine and area for the next roll.
• Perform light physical work and focus on monitoring and quality checks.
• Use basic hand tools and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Operate within production guidelines to support productivity and quality.
• Maintain steady attendance to support production flow.
