Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a production operator to perform operations according to defined methods and work instructions on the shop floor. You will operate equipment across multiple areas, ensure quality and complete related paperwork, including ERP counts.

The role includes lean initiatives and cross-training in other production zones. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, English literacy, and a practical understanding of Lean principles, with a focus on teamwork and meeting
