Job summary

Nordic Ware in Missouri is seeking a Production Associate to support the Houseware Coatings Department and help deliver high-quality, American-made kitchenware.

You will follow safety regulations, load/unload on paint line, washer and oven conveyors, inspect parts, report issues, and keep fixtures clean. Teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months manufacturing equipment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload products onto the paint line, washer, and oven conveyor belts.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met; promptly report any issues to the Group Leader.
• Clean and maintain fixtures as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and booth filter changes as needed.
• Use electric pallet jack or stacker lift to move parts between production areas.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting the Houseware Coatings Department by performing various routine production tasks to ensure high-quality products for our customers. This individual contributes to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

What you will get to do:

What you'll bring to the role:
