Production Associates entry-level position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Supports safe, efficient plant operations while collaborating with the team.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:06 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends!)
Starting Pay
$14.00–$15.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Stack cut lumber to specified dimensions
- Band and grade lumber according to quality and safety standards
- Work safely in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and equipment while performing physical tasks
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Able to work in hot and cold conditions
- Physically capable of standing 6–8 hours per day
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to bend, twist, and turn frequently
- Frequent handling of materials
- Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in reading a tape measure
- Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation required
- Must have a valid email address for onboarding purposes
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
