Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will assist with assembly, packaging, quality checks, and material handling while helping ensure products are produced safely and efficiently.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs and work instructions. Training will cover basic production equipment and documentation practices, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product assembly and production processes
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Perform visual quality inspections and report defects
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate basic production equipment and tools
• Move materials and supplies throughout the production area
• Support inventory counts and material replenishment as needed
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
