I. Job Profile

II. Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring production safety, TPM, 5S practices, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.

III. Job Functions and Duties

1. Obey the workshop manager, technician, and shift supervisor’s instructions and deployment.
2. Complete assigned tasks and report any issues to technicians or supervisors.
3. Handle post abnormalities promptly and report results.
4. Maintain cleanliness, manage safety of the post, tooling, tools, and equipment.
5. Understand environmental factors, hazards, and control measures related to the post.
6. Implement integrated management system documents conscientiously.
7. Store post wastes categorically.
8. Be familiar with material safety data sheets and emergency response procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
10. Note: Management may reassign duties as needed.

IV. Qualifications

Language:

Fluent in English; able to read, understand safety and operational documents; communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Experience:

1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred; training will be provided.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Conditions:

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 55 lbs.

- Must pass Tier II physical and background check.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Familiarity with technology, quality standards, equipment instructions, and environmental procedures.
• Knowledge of product appearance quality, safety regulations, production orders, and measurement tools.
• Understanding of loading and washing machine operation and safety precautions.

V. Work Environment

Exposure to extreme heat and moderate to loud noise levels. Safety gear required includes glasses, steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs.
