Job summary

Phillips Staffing is hiring Production Associates in Simpsonville, SC to support the manufacturing process of electronic components by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality.

You will work a 5th shift from 11:30am to 11:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, earning $17.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities
