Job description

Production Associate 3rd Shift

Position Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: Starting wage is $21.43. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.37-$27.47. Rate of pay is based on job placement.

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday), 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am. *Overtime and Saturdays as needed. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Counting and stacking finished product
  • Reading factory orders
  • Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
  • Cleaning functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
