Job summary

BML Batesville Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Production Associate to build and assemble caskets following safety and quality standards, while carefully handling inventory and following standard work procedures.

Weekend/overtime work is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, short-term disability, EAP, and a 401K matching program after 90 days, with opportunities for development and advancement.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

How You’ll be Rewarded:

Competitive pay starting at $23.10 - $24.55/hour with increases after 90 calendar days.
