Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety and environmental procedures.
• Quality Inspection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in the Sharps Department meeting quality, efficiency, waste, and safety goals.
• Operate all packaging equipment and ensure correct labeling per specs.
• Participate as a team member to support daily Sharps Department operations.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
• Advise technical personnel of equipment malfunctions.
• Use SAP Batch Numbers and stamp them on cartons.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and observe safety/QSR.
